Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) is the systematic process of increasing the percentage of users who take a desired action on a digital platform. In crypto and financial services, this action may include account registration, KYC completion, trade execution, wallet connection, or onboarding into a product or service. CRO is not limited to marketing tactics; it is a multidisciplinary discipline that combines data analysis, user experience (UX) design, behavioral psychology, and technical optimization.
