Overview

We look for a passionate & business-oriented team member who will help Finery Markets design and run an efficient legal structure as well as manage legal and regulatory risks.

Responsibilities

Communicating with regulatory authorities, banks, and counterparties in the EU and USA
Creating & supporting legal document base & policies for company needs
Doing legal research to improve the existing setup as well as minimize risks
Monitoring global trends in crypto assets regulation & taxation

Requirements

Experience in the financial industry (ideally, investment banking)
Good knowledge of international corporate structuring
Good knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and ability to respond to the requests of banks and competent authorities
Overall understanding of taxation (incl. VAT) in the EU and globally
Experience in companies setup (incl. banking account opening) in the EU, US, and other jurisdictions
